MAP Distributes the Astro SureFill® Automatic Glue Fill System

Mid-America Packaging, sister company to AJ Adhesives, Inc.,  takes pride in being an authorized distributor and service provider for Astro Packaging, with years of experience with their equipment. Astro Packaging’s SureFill™ is an automatic glue feed system that monitors and maintains adhesive levels in a hot melt unit, ensuring that the reservoir is consistently filled to optimal levels. This helps to prevent issues such as char and thermal shock during operation. The SureFill™ system also helps to prevent errors such as glue spills, overfilling, and operator burns, while also keeping foreign debris out of the reservoir.
