EcoStitch Line
Valco Melton’s “EcoStitch” solution can help you reduce your adhesive usage by applying precision dots or using traditional beads. The unique “EcoStitch” feature will reduce adhesive usage while improving the bond quality.
MX Series Modular Guns
Built-in Filter with each MX gun continually filters adhesive without having an external housing that acts as a hot spot and additional SKU to stock. The MX valves can operate cleanly and precisely with nearly any adhesive formula. Viscosity ranges from 200cps up to over 6,000cps. The MX electric valve can operate 6-10 times faster than the world’s fastest air solenoid. The MX valve design is capable of routinely reaching well over 2 billion cycles.

The VD-2E
The VD2 drivers integrate into any existing machine and provide the EcoStitch dot and gap control to regulate adhesive usage. Evolution C (EC) Series
The Evolution C Series technology is the newest innovation for hotmelt adhesive melters. MS Series Modular Guns
The MS Gun series are the standard applicators used in most packaging applications. The MS Guns are “air-open and spring closed” and use the H-200 style gun module. These applicators should be used with general packaging grade adhesive at temperatures from 200 0F up to 375 0F. These guns are compatible with Nordson BCS Classic Blue and Solid Blue A gun series as well as the older H-200 series. The MS Guns can be configured in various spacing configurations and have 3 available fluid ports on each gun to allow for maximum versatility when installing on the production machine.

MF Series Integrated Filter Guns
The MF Gun series are very similar to the MS Gun series. The only difference is the integration of a filter screen within the manifold of the gun. The MF Guns are “air-open and spring closed” and use the H200 style gun module. These applicators should be used with general packaging grade adhesive at temperatures from 200 0F up to 375 0F. These guns are compatible with Nordson BCS Classic Blue and Solid Blue A gun series as well as the older H-200 series. The MF Guns can be configured in various spacing configurations and have 3 available fluid ports on each gun to allow for maximum versatility when installing on the production machine.

The standard hoses used with all Valco Melton equipment is the 2300/3000 series hoses. These are compatible with Nordson 2300/3000 series hoses used on the following models: 2300 series, 3000 series, ProBlue and DuraBlue. All Valco Melton hoses are built using the best materials available. Each hose is wound with Nomex insulation providing the best insulation and energy efficient performance. All standard hoses use a 3/8″ ID core with high flex capability.
Replacement Parts
Valco Melton replacement parts include filters, pumps, modules, hoses, guns, nozzles, heater cartridges, patter controls, and temperature control modules.
Since Valco Melton replacement/spare parts and systems are Nordson compatible, installation is quick and maintenance is easy. Most parts and systems can be delivered within a few days.
